My Story

As most of you know, I'm quite an active person and LOVE a challenge... So this summer, I am climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak and the world's highest freestanding mountain!! I am doing so to support Dig Deep who believe that every resident in Kenya has a fundamental right to the provision of clean water, safe toilets and good hygiene.

My fundraising journey so far has been really rewarding and I have been amazed by the generosity of my friends and family... Some of the events I have organised include:

• Design a T-shirt Competition (raising £100)
• Tough Mudder (raising £260)
• Charity Raffle (raising £710)

I have also received lots of kind donations as 30th birthday presents and just in support of me, so THANK YOU!

My overall fundraising target is £2950
50% of which goes directly to accelerating access to water, sanitation and good hygiene in Bomet County, Kenya
50% of which goes towards my expedition costs (guides, medics etc.). I am paying for the following items myself:

• Flights
• Insurance
• Visa
• Medical Vaccines
• My Expedition Kit
