My Story

Hello everyone! As some of you already know, I am going to be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in August 2022 to raise money for Dig Deep. This charity works with some of the poorest residents in Kenya and provides them with access to clean water, safe toilets and good hygiene - forever.

This is also a personal expedition for me as I will be completing it exactly 70 years after my grandfather climbed and measured Kilimanjaro to update the German colonial measurement with the British survey team.

My overall fundraising target is £2700:

• 50% of which goes directly to unlocking the potential of communities in rural Kenya
• 50% goes towards my expedition costs
